Maximum Carnage

Feedback / E-Mail Us

Before requesting technical support for a game, please check all documents enclosed with the game in question, the game manufacturer's homepage, or the appropriate message area on our WWWBoard. FAQs (found under the “News & FAQs” section for each appropriate game) are available here, and will have the solution to your problems about 90% of the time.

Nobody listed here is employed with a gaming/hardware company, so tech questions about games probably couldn't be answered by us anyhow. Save yourself the time and trouble, and check the official homepages (found under the appropriate "Credits" link for EVERY game) & FAQs for the game in question. Sorry, but we are far too busy with this site to answer questions about games and hardware. Besides, if anyone here knew every modem COM/IRQ and sound/video card conflict solution, they'd be so damn brilliant they'd be on Jeopardy™ instead of here playing PC games.

Got files? In all instances, they should be sent here as archived (preferably Windows .zip format) attachments. If you need a utility to compress or decompress files, goto www.winzip.com. This incoming account is for files only and is checked at least every Thursday. If you've sent a file and it doesn't appear on the site immediately, don't despair, it likely won't be posted until Friday. Please include a description of the file (what game is it an accessory or level to?) in the body of the email. The archive itself should additionally contain this information, as well as info on author name, number of levels, what kind of level it is (deathmatch or single player?), and whether or not you've created new music and/or art for the file. This is common practice, and will greatly speed the turn-around time in getting your level posted on a site (not just this one either, all webmasters are grateful for a .txt file!) It also ensures proper credit and an accurate description are provided.
